Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
✔ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ Tags and packaging intact
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Select items for return and print label
  4. Ship using the provided return label

Refund Processing

• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after receipt
• Original shipping costs non-refundable

Exchanges

Available for:
• Size exchanges (subject to stock)
• Color exchanges (subject to stock)
Note: Must return original item first

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Worn or damaged merchandise
❌ Products without original tags

Faulty Items

For defective products:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. Free return shipping provided

International Returns

• Customer covers return shipping
• Refund excludes original delivery fees
• May be subject to customs fees
